Jacki Pudlowski is a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years of helping individuals achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives. She began her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW) providing counseling services to diverse populations before transitioning into the healthcare industry. Jacki is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who experienced the Pandemic first hand through the eyes of healthcare workers, patients and their families. She understands macro business systems as well as the individual human condition. Throughout her career, Jacki has developed specialties in mental health, holistic healthcare, end-of-life, and grief counseling. She understands that most people experience periods of change or loss in their lives, and she believes that how we process and cope with these challenges can lead to personal growth and peace.
Jacki works with clients who are struggling with life transitions as well as mental illness. These transitions may come in the form of loss, such as grieving the death of a loved one, divorce or other difficult changes. Aging or physical declines, which require the need to navigate our healthcare systems, also bring stress and anxiety which can be relieved with knowledge, support and coping skills.
